J. Mark Riebe serves as Chairman of the Board for TexasBank. He served as Chairman, President, and CEO of TexasBank after the merger of two sister banks, Texas Bank, Brownwood and Texas Bank Financial, Weatherford in January of 2022. Prior to the merger, Mark was Chairman, CEO, and President of Texas Bank Financial since 2002. During his career of over 45 years, Mark has been affiliated with many organizations including the FHLB, where he continues to serve on the Members Advisory Council of Dallas. Committed to supporting a strong financial industry, Mark is an active member of the Texas Bankers Associate and American Bankers Association. Mark has been recognized for his involvement in the communities TexasBank serves including his most recent honors of Texas Bankers Association’s Banker of the Year Award and the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Citizen Award.
