TexasBank eStatement Contest – Official Terms and Conditions
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win; however, enrollment in eStatements is required for eligibility. The contest is open to TexasBank customers who are primary account holders of eligible accounts, which include Texas Free Checking, Super Now Checking (Personal/Business), Diamond Key Checking Account, Texas Business Checking, Business Checking Account, Money Market (Personal/Business), Savings (Personal/Business), Investment Fund (Personal/Business), and all mortgage types. Accounts that do not receive monthly statements, such as Kids Savings Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, are not eligible. To enter, the primary account holder must enroll all eligible accounts in eStatements during the contest period. TexasBank employees are not eligible.
The contest consists of two separate periods: April 10 to April 30, 2025, and May 1 to May 31, 2025. Enrollment in eStatements must be completed by 11:59 PM on the last day of each contest period to qualify for that period's drawing. At the conclusion of each contest period, winners will be selected randomly by an independent third-party system, and the selection process will be conducted with full transparency to ensure fairness and transparency. A total of ten winners will be selected across both contest periods.
Each winner will receive a $200 deposit into their eligible TexasBank checking or savings account, as designated by the winner. Each eligible account holder may only win once per contest period, regardless of the number of eligible accounts they hold. Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for contest administration and will be handled in accordance with TexasBank’s Privacy Policy. TexasBank will announce the winners using their first name and first letter of their last name through their marketing channels including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, corporate website, eNewsletter, and direct email to TexasBank customers.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. TexasBank is not responsible for any tax implications of winning this contest.
TexasBank reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the official rules. Entries that do not meet the contest requirements or are found to be fraudulent may be disqualified at TexasBank’s sole discretion. If I am not the primary account holder, can I win?
No, only primary account holders are eligible to win.
If I enroll in April and do not win, am I still eligible to win in May?

I don’t want to enroll all my accounts. Can I still win?
No, you must enroll all your accounts to be eligible to win.
I have an HSA. Is that account eligible for the contest?
No, because it doesn’t have a monthly statement it is not eligible. Kids savings accounts are also not eligible for this contest.

Yes. Please note we will only be sharing the customer’s first name, first initial of the last name and the city the customer’s lives. If you still don’t want your name announced, we will respect your privacy.
